The Kingdom has backed the ongoing talks between Qatar and Egypt, including a meeting between Qatar's special envoy Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani and Egyptian President Abdel Fatah El-Sissi. The move aims at improving relations between the two countries by ending differences. “Qatar envoy’s visit to Egypt will open a new chapter in the relations of the two countries,” said a statement issued by the Royal Court on Saturday."This move is part of King Abdullah's initiative to ensure that all GCC countries support stability in Egypt.
