KHAMIS MUSHAYT, 31 July 2005 — A Saudi man at the age of 60 cleared all obstacles and earned his high school certificate at this late age, Okaz newspaper reported. The old man is retired from military service and father to 13 boys and girls. He finished elementary school in 1973 and finished middle school 1990. He finally got his high school degree this year. He said that he faced a difficult time studying English and mathematics while Arabic literature and Islamic studies were the easiest. He said that he faced difficult time from his friends who made fun of him but that did not stop him from continuing his high education. He said that the next step was a bachelor degree.
