JEDDAH, 26 December 2006 — International Medical Center (IMC) here launched its first annual diabetes day yesterday, in coordination with the International Diabetes Foundation (IDF), which has made this year’s campaign theme “Diabetes care for all.”

“At IMC, we encourage everyone to remember the importance of healthy lifestyles in preventing diabetes and the necessity of managing diabetic conditions, especially since diabetes is no longer a problem on a small scale,” the hospital said in a statement.
