SAIB gets Great Place to Work recognition

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) claims to have proved it is one of the top employers in Saudi Arabia.
In addition to winning numerous financial awards, SAIB has been ranked as one of the best workplaces in the Kingdom by the globally recognized Great Place to Work Institute. Companies are ranked following an assessment by The Great Place to Work Institute, which is done thorough employee survey and companies submitting information evidencing the outcomes of their people and organizational design strategy.
SAIB CEO Musaed Al-Mineefi said: “We are delighted to be recognized as one of the Kingdom’s Best Workplaces. It provides us with confirmation that our workplace culture is shaped by trust, pride, belief in our values and team spirit thereby fulfilling our vision to be an Employer of Choice in the Kingdom.”
Musaed added: “Taking part in the survey gives a true reflection of what our staff members really feel about working for SAIB. Our company ethos and management style is very much focused on giving support to our staff and offering them outstanding opportunities to grow through development.”
