Foreign students to begin academic year in Saudi universities

King Saud University in Riyadh commenced admissions for new academic year on Saturday for the 2012-2013 academic year where foreign students can also apply for admission into Post Graduate and Research courses.
The dean of Admissions and Registration of the University announced that registration process will last for two weeks and close on Nov. 28.
Masters and Ph. D courses in all disciplines are open for registration of admission. Interested candidates can apply online only through the university website www.ksu.edu.sa.
The university will facilitate visas for foreign students and also provide annual air tickets besides providing SR 2,000 for Masters and SR 3,000 for Ph.D scholars as a monthly stipend and free tuition and housing.
Subsidized food for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at cost of SR5 per day.
