Abyaar, Naif Saleh Alrajhi forge links for realty projects

Abyaar Real Estate Development and Naif Saleh Alrajhi Investment Company have signed a strategic partnership agreement to develop real estate projects in Dubai.
As part of the deal, work will begin soon to develop Hilliana Tower which is located within the Acacia Avenues project at Al-Sufouh district in the heart of Jumeirah at Dubai City.
Marzooq Al-Rashdan, chairman of Abyaar Real Estate Development Company, said: “The Hilliana Tower project is located near Dubai Media City and a few minutes away from Emirates Mall. The expressways network ensures easy access to the center of Dubai City and the Dubai International Airport.”
Al-Rashdan affirmed that the partnership agreement would enhance regional cooperation and pave the way for more future projects with the other Gulf countries.
Naif Saleh Alrajhi Investment Company Chairman Naif Alrajhi stressed on the importance of the partnership with Abyaar Company. It has an impressive track-record in real estate achievements representing landmarks in the region.
“We have strengthened our plans and strategies by partnering with Abyaar,” he added.
