RJ Transient Houses Team of the Week in OFBC Friday Afternoon League

RJ Transient Houses did not waste the chance to get a breakthrough Team of the Week honors when pitted against the bye team during the seventh session in the OFBC 3 + 1 Friday Afternoon League 2nd Season at the Ice Land Bowling Center here.
RJ got only 5 rank points while securing the automatic 20 points for total win points 26 on total pinfalls of 1,661 but that was enough as The Youngsters Revival fell short of a potential back-to-back Team of the Week award on 24 points.
The Youngsters brought down Versatile Guys 3D 16-4 on total pinfalls of 1,726-1,673 in a game where their very own Carms Lim commanded attention as she claimed consecutive Bowler of the Week award and five overall meaning she missed the individual honors just twice in seven meetings.
In other matches, league leader Red Dragons defeated The Replacement 14-6 on total pinfalls of 1,725-1,655 rank points of 7-4 and total win points of 21-10 and Makati Foods blasted Pairs & Spares 18-2 (1,590-1,577 3-2 21-4).
Bash Langa was the men’s Bowler of the Week after shooting the high series of 624 on scratch games of 174, 201 and 153.
The duo of Jack Jarin and Malou Nidoy led the RJ scoring on 583 and 581. Joel Nidoy added two games of 149-164 while team captain Rudy Jamon had 144.
The unstoppable Carms rolled 587 at the helm of Youngters with Vic Gonales on 542. Skipper Jerry “Ka Imo” Carredo came through with 201-157 while Toto Lim made 169.
Besides Bash the others that helped the Red Dragons cause were Tom Langa on 557, Thong Mujeeb Langa on 147-164 and Cesar Pagtalunan on 141.
For Makati Foods the main man was Archie Alcantara who drilled 578. With two games each were skipper Vovstone 150-170, Ruel Santoc 168-151 and Loie Pasya 140-153.
