Alwaleed commended for investment boost

Prince Alwaleed, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), received at his office in Riyadh Ahmed Ould Mohamed Ould Abah, ambassador of Mauritania to Saudi Arabia.
Nahla Nasser Alanbar, private executive assistant to the chairman, and Fahad bin Saad bin Nafel, executive assistant to the chairman, attended the talks.
The meeting began as the ambassador thanked Prince Alwaleed for giving him the opportunity to meet with him.
They discussed social, economic and investment issues during the meeting..
The ambassador commended Prince Alwaleed on his local, regional and international investments.
The envoy presented a letter from Sidi Ould Altah, minister of economy and development of Mauritania to Prince Alwaleed.
In 2012, Alwaleed bin Talal Foundation — Global (Registered in Lebanon) donated $500,000 to support the UN World Food Program (WFP) to assist the Mauritanian people who were suffering from a drought that had affected the country; it affected just over 25 percent of the population.
Alwaleed Foundation was the first to respond to the WFP’s emergency operation.
