Saudi FM Adel Al-Jubeir meets MEPs at EU headquarters in Brussels

JEDDAH: The Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir met with members of the European Parliament at its headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, on Thursday.
Al-Jubeir met Vice-Chairman of the European Parliament’s Terrorism Committee MEP Geoffrey Van Orden,the Foreign Affairs Coordinator of the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats Knut Fleckenstein, a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament Mario Borghezio, and MEP Rachida Dati on Thursday.
A number of issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meetings, as well as cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the European Union.
The meetings were attended by the Director General of the office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalid bin Musaed Al-Anqari, and the Kingdom’s permanent representative to the EU Saad bin Mohammed Al-Arifi.

King Salman meets Amaala project team

TABUK: Saudi Arabia’s King Salman met with the Amaala project team on Tuesday in Tabuk, led by project CEO Nicholas Naples.

During the meeting, the Saudi king has presented the general plan of the Amaala project, which will be a luxury tourist destination on the Kingdom’s Red Sea coast and aims to create a new concept in luxury tourism focusing on recovery, health and treatment.

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund the appointment of Naples, a luxury hospitality and development expert, as CEO of the Amaala project in September, where he will be responsible for developing its strategy and overseeing progress.

The meeting was attended by the Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman and the governor of Tabuk.
