Madinah governor receives Omani Hajj Mission head

JEDDAH: Madinah Gov. Prince Faisal bin Salman on Wednesday received in his office Sheikh Sultan bin Said Al-Hinai, head of the Omani Hajj Mission, and his accompanying delegation.

The meeting discussed the services provided to pilgrims from all parties involved in the Hajj.

Prince Faisal stressed the important role the official Hajj missions play in leveraging the services offered by the Kingdom to allow the pilgrims to perform Hajj rituals with ease and tranquility.

Al-Hinai gave thanks and appreciation to the Madinah governor on the welcoming reception and the care and attention given to the Omani pilgrims during their stay in Madinah.

Crown Prince Mohammed: We are proud of our dear homeland’s achievements

  • The crown prince praised the Kingdom's growth and prosperity under the leadership of King Salman, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
  • His speech highlighted efforts of the Saudi people to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030

JEDDAH: Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who is also vice president of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, paid tribute to the Saudi military in his speech to celebrate the Saudi National Day.
He affirmed that the Kingdom’s 88th anniversary is an occasion to recall the achievements of the country’s founder, the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Saud and his sons after him. The crown prince also praised the Kingdom’s growth and prosperity under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman.
Crown Prince Mohammed’s comments also highlighted the Saudi people’s efforts to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030 and underlined the great success of the last Hajj season.
He also stressed that the Kingdom would remain steadfast in the principles of tolerant Islam, the religion of moderation, and in fighting extremism and terrorism. He likewise stated that no one would be allowed to attack the sovereignty of the Kingdom or tamper with its security.
