Call to look for new moon

RIYADH, 12 December — The Supreme Judiciary Council has urged believers to scour the evening sky on Friday, Dec. 14, for the new moon to mark the end of Ramadan. Those who observe the new moon should contact the nearest court to record their testimony, a statement by the council said yesterday. (SPA)
