Cancer Center for Gaza

JEDDAH, 11 March 2003 — Interior Minister Prince Naif, who is the general supervisor of the Saudi Committee for Supporting the Al-Quds Intifada, has ordered the establishment of a center for the treatment of tumors in Gaza at a cost of SR19.55 million. The center will help treat hundreds of Palestinian patients who are in dire need of medical help and is to be completed in nine months.
