Policeman commits suicide in Unaizah

JEDDAH: A rookie cop, aged 27, committed suicide by shooting himself in the head in a private enclosure in Unaizah late Friday.

The man’s body was discovered by his friends. Police ruled out the possibility of the man being murdered, saying the gun was fired from inside the car. Police investigations are ongoing. The man’s body was taken to King Saud Hospital for a post- mortem.
