Qatar Airways is the official carrier for this year’s edition of ASPIRE4SPORT, the Middle East’s leading sports business congress and exhibition, organizers announced today.
Many sports personalities and renowned speakers are set to be attending ASPIRE4SPORT this year, and Qatar’s national airline will be providing 5-Star transportation for the thousands of visiting delegates, businesses and industry celebrities set to participate in the event.
Tariq Al-Naama, president of ASPIRE4SPORT, expressed his delight at Qatar Airways becoming the official carrier for ASPIRE4SPORT. He said: “With Qatar Airways bringing renowned speakers and industry experts to this year’s ASPIRE4SPORT, we are proud to have our national airline as the first face of Qatar for our visiting guests - a face of hospitality, luxury, and support for the nation’s sporting ambitions.”
“We are honored to be named the official carrier of ASPIRE4SPORT and are looking forward to bringing congress guests and stars, especially sports industry experts, from around the world to Qatar for the event,” added Qatar Airways VP Commercial Ehab Amin.
Hosted in Qatar’s world class Aspire Dome from Nov. 12 to 15, the event will welcome over 3,000 delegates, including 500 sports industry leaders and 250 accredited media professionals. It is the only event of its kind in the region and provides an occasion for sport’s leading decision makers in the Middle East and around the world to connect, network and capitalize on real business opportunities.
In addition, there will be daily Star Chats at 2 p.m. where guests will have the opportunity to listen to some of the world’s leading sports legends including former world number one tennis player Martina Hingis, Real Madrid and Spain legends Raul Gonzalez and Fernando Ruiz Hierro, former Real Madrid Sporting Director Pedja Mijatovi, former football manager of the French national team and Liverpool FC Gerard Houllier, and Anthony Joshua, London 2012 super heavyweight Olympic gold medalist.
