Saihati to honor renowned musician

Renowned Indian musician Ustad Amjad Ali Khan will be awarded the first Prem Nazir International Award in Dammam today. Rafeek Younus, international coordinator of Soorya Cultural Society and vice president of Saihati Group said: “The legendary Sarod maestro will have the honor of being the first recipient of the award which will be presented by Abdullah Al-Saihati, chairman of Saihati Group and a patron of the Saudi chapter of Soorya.”
Khan was chosen in appreciation of his contributions to promoting harmony, universal understanding and educating people around the world through his unique performances of sarod.
