Prince Badr SRMG chairman

RIYADH: The Board of Directors at the Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SRMG), the publisher of Arab News, appointed on Sunday Prince Badr bin Abdullah Al-Saud as the chairman and an independent member of the board.
It followed the board’s acceptance of the resignation of Sulaiman Al-Hudaithi as the chairman and a board member.
The board appointed Azzam Al-Dakhil as the group’s chief executive officer. It also made Saleh Al-Dowais the group’s executive director of operations.
Al-Dakhil will also be a representative of Human Resources Development Fund at the board replacing Ibrahim Al-Moaiqel.
The board also announced the appointment of Ahmed bin Aqail Al-Khatib as the representative of Public Pension Agency replacing Sulaiman Al-Jabrain.

DUBAI: Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met with Pakistan’s army commander, Lieutenant General Amar Javed Bajwa, in Islamabad on Monday, Saudi state-news agency SPA reported.

During the meeting, they discussed the ongoing defense cooperation between the two countries, and the opportunities to strengthen it, in addition to discussing developments in the region.

The meeting took place during the Saudi crown prince’s Asia tour.
