Bank Aljazira continued collecting the most prestigious international awards as Aljazira Phone achieved the Silver Medal & Second Rank in the Best Contact Center in the World 2012 category for 2012 during the Contact Center World Awards finals held recently in the US.
The event was organized by the Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices (Contact Center World).
With this unprecedented achievement for banks in Saudi Arabia and the region, Aljazira Phone adds another jewel to the crown to be added to the previous achievements during this year including Best New Contact Center in the Middle East 2012 and Best Contact Center in the Middle East, Europe & Africa 2012. It is worth mentioning that this award covers cross industry sectors and not limited to banks only, which adds a significant dimension to the award caliber.
Khalid Alothman, SVP and head of retail banking group, said the award comes as a natural result to a well structured plan to elevate Bank Aljazira services to highest international standards according to the industry best practices.
One recent example would be the launch of the New Aljazira Phone IVR Service, which includes a bundle of new services and features.
