Execution of Pune suspects sought

PUNE: Angry citizens of Pune sought the public execution of the two alleged operatives of the Lashkar-e-Toiba who were arrested by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) on Tuesday in connection with the bomb blasts at the German Bakery on Feb. 13 in which 13 people lost their lives and more than 60 were seriously injured.
The suspects were identified as Mirza Himayat, a resident of Udgir town in Latur district in Marathawada region and Bilal Baba Hussain Fareed Shaikh, a resident of Hotagi village in Solapur district.
