Defense Minister Prince Salman yesterday expressed his satisfaction over the combat preparedness of armed forces stationed in the northeastern border region of Hafr Al-Baten.
“I am quite happy to visit this valuable region, which has witnessed marvelous performances and taken part in historic battles in the past,” Prince Salman told armed forces in the region.
He said his visit was aimed at understanding the degree of the army’s preparedness as well as the requirements of the various military sectors deployed in the region.
The minister commended the peace and stability being enforced all over the Kingdom.
