Ammar Shata, executive director and CEO of Alkhabeer Capital (AKC), and Yasir bin Othman Al-Rumayyan, CEO of Saudi Fransi Capital (SFC), have signed a cooperation agreement covering brokerage services in different financial markets and to facilitate multiple operations in various currencies. Mazen Tamimi, SFC Western Region manager, and Ahmed Ghouth, AKC deputy CEO, attended the ceremony.
The move comes at a time when Alkhabeer Capital seeks to expand its investment portfolios and set up systems specialized in centralized operations. AKC selected Saudi Fransi Capital for its leading role in offering investment services and financial trading technologies in Saudi Arabia, which will open new investment horizons for distinguished companies of the caliber enjoyed by SFC and AKC.
Under the agreement, Saudi Fransi Capital will enable Alkhabeer Capital to use its infrastructure for brokerage and custody services, which will give AKC added flexibility in trading and executing operations related to its clients’ managed portfolios.
This cooperation comes as a notable addition to the list of services offered by Saudi Fransi Capital, which are built on a firm understanding of the investment needs of its clients among companies, financial institutions and individuals, backed by the best investment services and solutions in the Kingdom.
