Al-Wurood honors outstanding students

Al-Wurood International School has introduced an achiever award to honor and encourage its outstanding students.
The awards were given during a ceremony here recently.
Abdullah Nasir Jamal, Samir Abdulhamid Hussein, Irfanuddin, Adithya Chaudari, Mohammed Ali, Fardeen Ali, Karan Dilsher, Mustafa Ali Khan and Salman Ummer were this year’s winners.
The school held a send-off party for its outgoing Class X and Class XII students.
Addressing the ceremony, Principal K. Rahamathullah highlighted the academic progress achieved by the school over the past years and urged outgoing students to keep up the school’s reputation wherever they go.
P.K. Abdul Ghafour of Arab News, Hassan Cherupa and Salman Faris of Gulf Madhyamam distributed mementos to the graduates.
Speaking on behalf of the outgoing students Karan Dilsher of Class X said they would miss the school and its teachers who had played a big role in providing them education and guidance. Students also reciprocated by presenting mementoes to their reverend teachers.
