Aleem Khan scores century; Dawood, Iqbal, Naeem, Danish shine

In Power Zone T-20 Cricket Tournament organized by Riyadh Cricket League Alem Khan made century, Dawood, Iqbal and Naeem bowled well while Danish, Shahnawaz, Bilal, Syed Awn, Rashed Mirza, Waqar, Usman, Abdulwahed and Farhad all shone with bat.

On RCL-4 ground, Falcon CC beat Saudi Jaguar CC by 39 runs. Falcon batted first and made 225 runs. Syed Awn played well and made 52 runs, Farhan Kheiry 41 runs. Nazim and Siraj strengthened their total by making 37 & 22 runs. Waleed and Iqbal took 2 wickets each. In reply, Saudi Jaguar could not achieve the total and made 186 runs.

On RCL-1 ground, Super CC beat Stallions CC by 8 wickets. Stallion made 157 runs with superb batting by Saeed 34, Abdulshakoor 28 and Imran 20 runs . Rashed Mirza and Noman took 2 wickets each. In reply, Super achieved the total in 12.4 overs to win the match. Danish and made 82 runs by hitting 12 fours and 4 sixes. He was supported by Rashed Mirza with splendid 50 runs.

On RCL-3 ground, Mehran CC beat Al Eid CC by 9 wickets. Al Eid made 177 runs. Kamran 44 and Kashif Butt 26 were the top batsmen of Al Eid. Assad Khan took 3 wickets while Shehzad took 2 wickets. In reply, Mehran achieved the total in 18.2 overs by losing 1 wicket only. Alem Khan was in good form as he made splendid unbeaten century (100 runs) by hitting 12 fours and 1 six. He was supported by Faheem Shah with 37 runs.

On RCL-2 ground, Riyadh Sports Club won its match from Kashmir Press by 2 wickets. Kashmir Press made 172 runs. Asif 30, Abdulrazaq 23 and Waseem 20 runs were the top batsmen of Kashmir Press. Sardar took 2 wickets. In reply, Riyadh Sports Club attained the total in 17.1 overs for the loss of 8 wickets. In-form Shahnawaz made 92 runs by hitting 12 fours and 1 six, while Ameen made 18 and Mansoor 17.

On RCL-5 ground, Black Caps CC won their match from Cricketers Club. Batting first, Black Caps set a huge target of 245 runs. Bilal was in good mood and made 78 runs with the help of 10 fours and 3 sixes. He was supported by Farhad 59 runs while Sanaullah made 29 and Abid 20 runs. Shoaib and Faheem took 2 wickets each.
