Canon, world-leader in imaging solutions has been awarded five Summer 2012 “Pick” Awards by testing and research organization Buyers Laboratory LLC (BLI). Products from across Canon's Business Imaging portfolio have been recognized for “Outstanding” energy efficiency and performance following BLI's rigorous in-depth laboratory tests.
The following Canon devices were awarded BLI Summer 2012 “Pick” Awards: Canon's i-SENSYS MF5980dw/MF5940dn Series has been awarded the BLI 'Pick' award for Outstanding Personal A4 Monochrome MFP for its compact design, ease-of-use, reliability and scan and duplex functions.
Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4051i has been awarded the Outstanding 51-to 60-ppm A3 Monochrome MFP 'Pick' award for its reliability, ease-of-use through the menu customization feature, as well as fast print and copy speeds and easy toner replacement procedures.
Canon's i-SENSYS MF5980dw, i-SENSYS MF8380Cdw and imageRUNNER 1750i have been awarded BLI's Outstanding Achievement Awards for Energy Efficiency.
The i-SENSYS MF8380Cdw performed particularly strongly, with 76 percent lower energy consumption compared to the industry average in its category.
