BSF to host SAIFI program for Saudi students

Through the SAIFI program, BSF aims to maintain its position as the leading bank, bank of excellence and as a school of banking.
SAIFI is a one-month comprehensive program. Its main objectives are to increase students’ knowledge and enrich their experiences in banking as well as assist them to develop their personalities. SAIFI program is offered to all Saudi students, male and female.
A two-day training course will be delivered during the summer program. The first day will cover an overview of the banking sector, various functions within the bank, and banking sector regulators.
The second day will focus on effective personality building and introduce practical tools in planning and setting priorities.
For the remaining duration, students will be committed to different business lines to be familiar with the corporate culture and environment, in addition to the nature of various positions involved within the bank.
