Aswathy Housing, which offers luxury villas at the center of Kerala's IT hub – the capital city of Thiruvananthapuram's Kazhakkuttam & Menam Kulam areas — is approaching Kerala expatriates for its ongoing housing projects.
Aswathy Housing Chairman Alexander Vadakkedathu, who is on a visit to Saudi Arabia, has been discussing the housing projects with the local expatriate community.
Under Aswathy Housing, there are two key projects for the expatriate community — Aswathy Gradens and Aswathy Park. Moreover, plots for homes are also on offer at Kochi bypass.
Aswathy Gardens claims to offer the lowest cost for its housing projects in Thiruvananthapuram; however, only a limited number of units are available, Vadakkedathu told a press conference in Dammam.
Its new projects include Vizhinjam harbor development and the expansion of Techno Park in and around Thiruvananthapuram, he said, adding that a large number of inquiries have been coming from Kerala expatriates residing around the world.
The company also has a car gifting scheme as part of the housing promotion. The promotion currently is for the luxury villas.
