Aljomaih Automotive, the largest dealer of General Motors in Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East, highlighted its “pioneering and innovative” spirit in bolstering the Kingdom’s economy, through its golden sponsorship of Jeddah Economic Forum (JEF), which took place in Jeddah earlier in March.
During the event, Ahmed Halwani, assistant regional operations manager in Jeddah, received an honorary shield from the sponsor of the event, Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, who is also the adviser to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman. The honor for Aljomaih was for its valuable contribution to the forum.
A host of high-ranking governmental officials attended the JEF 2016, led by the Malaysian prime minister, Turkish deputy prime minister, Minister of Commerce and Industry Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, in addition to businessmen, and regional and international economic decision-makers.
Waleed Aljomaih, chief operating officer of Aljomaih Automotive, said: “Our golden sponsorship of JEF emphasizes our continuous support to this gathering, and the efforts we invest in promoting the role of the private sector in developing the economy according to governmental visions and guidelines, for the benefit of individuals and society as a whole.”

Aljomaih Automotive’s participation in JEF was especially notable for a display of Cadillac XTS and Escalade 2016 models. The XTS is loaded with advanced safety features and is powered by an all-new 3.6-liter V6 providing sporty thrust in a refined manner.
