Al-Khodari wins new deals

The Ministry of Higher Education-MOHE (Taibah University) has awarded Abdullah A.M. Al-Khodari Sons Company a contract for the construction of Computer Sciences College, Financial and Administrative Sciences College, and Shared Class Rooms, all for girls. The three parts project is valued at SR374,295,629, according to Tadawul website.
Announcing the receipt of the award letter on Aug. 24, the company stated that the value of the three projects is SR133,515,305 (Computer Sciences College), SR90,369,512 (Financial and Administrative Sciences College) and SR150,410,812 (Shared Class Rooms).
Confirming receipt of another letter from the MOHE (Northern Border University) on the same day for the construction of the General Administration Building, the company stated that the two-phase project is valued at SR171,200,966. The first phase is valued at SR166,583,366 and the second phase SR4,617,600. The company will make further announcement upon contract signing, including its duration.
A notice for commencing work on the phases of all the projects will be issued later, the company stated, adding that the financial impact of all the awarded projects is expected to start in the third quarter of the financial year 2014.
