Job bonanza for citizens

RIYADH: Another 1.5 million job opportunities have been created for citizens through the Tenth Development Plan that ends in 2019, according to an official document.
The plan is likely to reduce the Saudi unemployment rate from 11.6 percent to approximately 5.1 percent by 2019 end. The plan also seeks to reduce the inflation rate from 4.3 percent annually to 3.5 percent.
This will help secure a better standard of living for citizens, safeguarding their quality, while enhancing the performance of the national economy to raise the levels of productiveness, efficiency, competitiveness, and to accelerate the transition to a knowledge-based economy and society.
