GE ranked among top employers in UAE

GE has been officially recognized by Great Place to Work Institute, a global research and management consultancy, as one of the 15 ‘Top Companies to Work for in the UAE.’
The ranking is based on the confidential feedback of employees and an audit of management practices.
GE was last year honored as one of the Top 5 ‘Great Place to Work’ for women and Emiratis.
GE was earlier also ranked among the world’s top 25 most inventive companies by ‘Business Week,’ and in the top 50 most innovative companies ranking by ‘Fast Company,’ GE is an equal opportunity company.
At a ceremony held in Dubai, Wayne Davies, head of HR, Middle East North Africa and Turkey, received the latest award, on behalf of GE.
Nabil Habayeb, GE’s president and CEO for the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, said: “The honor as one of the top 15 companies to work for in the UAE is a testament to our credentials as an employer of choice.”
Habayeb said: “The UAE is one of our strategic markets in the region, where we have over eight decades of partnerships. He said: “The honor will enable us to further attract bright UAE talent, strengthening our company to country approach of driving innovation to address local requirements.”
