The real estate committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce recommended the Ministers of Municipality and Rural Affairs and Labor to solve the accommodation issues of expatriates and laborers.
During its periodical meeting, the committee reviewed a number of issues related to real estate sector.
Board member and head of the committee, Ali Al-Zaid, said the importance of establishing a real estate fund was discussed as well as its role in providing developed landscapes. The committee recommended cooperating with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to find a system that is practical and just.
Al-Zaid also stressed the importance of intensifying the communication between the committee and the commercial sector.
Initiative to resolve labors' accommodation
