DAMMAM: Crowne Plaza Bahrain on Oct. 1-2 hosted the first workshop for human resources leaders of over 60 hotels in the Gulf from the InterContinental Hotels Group.
The goal of the event was to support the participants and give them an opportunity to develop themselves and pursue a rewarding career.
“The purpose of the workshop is to uplift the capabilities of our human resources employees and help them become business partners to their general managers, peer colleagues and team members,” said Husam Kakish, human resources director for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf at InterContinental Hotels Group.
One of the key topics during the workshop was the growth, development and career opportunities for local talents in the Gulf region.
