Irfan, Tabrez, Shaan hit tons: JCA Premier Cup

Zinda Tilismat surprised fancied Tamar by 6 wickets in during the sixth week of the ACE Travel Premier League matches organized by the Jeddah Cricket Association.
In the other matches, ACE Travel routed more fancied ICC Irfan Bash by 9 wickets, Kanoo got the better of Natco by 43 runs and Jawar Al Jazira routed Kanoo Travels by 5 wickets.
Tamar put up 226 for 7 wickets. Syed Mohammad Afroz top-scored with a quick-fire 91 runs off 37 balls. Khalid Butt (25), Abdul Sattar (21) and Ashfaq (16) were the other contributors.
Abdulla, Noor, Sarfaraz Shadab and Saeed claimed one wicket each. Anwar Khan and Waseem were run out. In reply Javed 49 and Ayazuddin Irfan’s unbeaten 126 provided sound start of 68 runs in first 5 overs. Noor got 17 runs. Tilismat scored the required runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Waseem Shoukath, Khalid Butt and Anwar Khan took a wicket each.
ACE Travel beat ICC Irfan Basha 9 wickets. ICC Irfan Basha won the toss and elected to bat first. ICC Irfan Basha were shot out for 116. The main contributors were Irfan (24), Nabeel (16) and Moiz 16.
Aleem 3 for 32, Ameen 3 for 20 and Wajid 2 for 17 did most of the damage.
Ace Travel got the required runs off 7 overs for the loss of one wicket. Wahaj (47) and Ayaz (45) were the main run getters.
Irfan claimed one wicket for 45 runs.
In another match, Kanoo piled up 254 for 5. Tabrez scored 103 runs off 52 deliveries. Sami scored 54 off 31balls and was involved in a 112 partnership with Tabriz for the second wicket partnership. Najam (43) and Arshad (26) later propped up the innings. Jamshed, Zaheer, Rana Shahzad and Abdul Rauf took a wicket each. In reply Natco scored 211 runs. Jamshed (20), Abdul Rauf (45), Humayun (25), Hasnain (25) and Saeed (40) were the main contributors. Najam bagged 4 for 30. Arshad and Tabriz took 2 wickets each for 35 and 32 runs respectively.
Elsewhere, Kanoo Travel set a target of 188 runs for Jawar al jazirah for victory. Kanoo openers Abdul Wasay and Haroon Abdullah laid a solid foundation by scoring 53 and 37 runs respectively Later, Adnan (68) and Pervez Khan (28) did their best. Shaan Manzoor had 3 for 33 while Saeed got 2 for 29 for the bowling side.
In reply Jawar al Jazirah reached their target of 189 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. Shaan Manzoor, who was the man of the match and in good form with the bat played a sterling innings of 119 runs which paved the way for his team’s victory. Left-handed batsman Asim hit 25 runs. Adil (16) and Ramzan (16) helped Al Jawar team were home with one over to spare and 5 wickets in hand.
Shahid, Ishaq, Amer and Ibrahim Bin Mehfooz took a wicket each for Kanoo Travel.
