Kenwood, a major company in food processing machines, and its exclusive agent in Saudi Arabia Ahmed Abdulwahed Co., organized live cooking shows with the participation of international Lebanese chef Richard El-Khouly, for the third year in a row.
Following the great success of the two live cooking festivals held in the last two years, Kenwood organized the third live cooking festival for this year titled "Cooking Shows" in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam this week.
"As the holy month of Ramadan is approaching and families in Saudi Arabia are getting ready to receive and be prepared for it, and based on our experience in the Saudi market, we anticipate high demand on electric home appliances, especially on Kenwood food processing machines for its high-efficiency, durability and in view of its great assistance to housewives in the kitchen," a senior management executive of Kenwood for home appliances in Saudi Arabia said:
He added: "We anticipated that organizing of live cooking shows with the participation of the famous Lebanese chef Richard El-Khouly would help give housewives ideas about some dishes from various parts of the world, where the chef El-Khouly would prepare with the help of highly sophisticated electric home appliances from Kenwood. The live cooking shows will give them great opportunity to see by themselves how Kenwood home appliances can help in quick and safe preparation of delicious dishes. To help heat up the events, we distributed some giveaways to the audience."
El-Khouly said: "The cooking festival this year was amazing; I have collected some great recipes from around the world to prepare them with the help of Kenwood electric home appliances, which can do a lot in the kitchen. This year, a number of the audience participated in preparation of some dishes and were given the opportunity to practically test Kenwood appliances and performance."
