The Kingdom’s most recent effort to integrate itself into global culture through educational forums around the world is proving to be a great success, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Saudi Youth Dialogues Forum has been organized in Brazil, Germany, India, South Korea and China and are aimed at creating dialogues that lead to better cross-cultural understanding. They are being organized in line with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah’s call for more interreligious and intercultural contact.
“The forums have played a significant role in familiarizing several friendly countries with the Kingdom’s culture and opening the door to dialogue between the Kingdom and other countries, especially in light of the participation of young men and women,” Undersecretary for Economic and Cultural Affairs at the Foreign Ministry, Yousef bin Al-Sadoun said.
