Taibah University has currently participating in a Haj exhibition in Madinah with the largest digital screen in the Kingdom.
The exhibition, under the title “Bonian 5,” has been organized by Taibah University and was inaugurated last week by Madinah Gov. Prince Abdul Aziz bin Majed, who is also the chairman of the Madinah Haj Committee.
The exhibition focuses on the efforts of the government to offer the best services to Haj pilgrims besides undertaking Haj awareness and guidance programs, said Adnan Al-Mazroue, the university president.
He said the screen supplies information programs undertaken by the university’s permanent committee for Haj and Umrah services on cultural, health and guidance services.
The information appears in the form of texts, pictures, animated pictures and documentary films. The screen, which enables 15 people to interact at the same time, is 5-meter wide and 2.5-meter high.
Visitors can gather information in an interactive manner in Arabic and English about the origin, vision and mission of the university apart from the various colleges and centers working under the university. It also provides a map of the university campus, its ongoing projects, and the medical city. The university’s strategic plan and statistics are also available on the screen.
