Movenpick Alkhobar takes lead in developing Saudi talent

Movenpick Hotel Alkhobar is currently hosting a group of Saudi employees from sister hotels across the Kingdom.
The six-week program started on June 2.
The selected employees have received individualized weekly development plans for the duration of the program.
The initiative, by the Movenpick Saudi Development Center, is aimed at enhancing the capabilities and skills of selected Saudi employees from different departments at the hotels.
The task-force program allows the Saudi employees the opportunity to explore and work in different environment and varying techniques at Movenpick properties within the Kingdom.
The first group is from the front office department. The selected employees attend daily training sessions for improving technical skills, enhancing guest services and to have complete knowledge of the front office tasks.
The sessions are aimed at helping the employees to adapt to different work atmosphere in the different cities of the Kingdom, to give them the ability to contribute more to driving the business forward for their own career and to contribute better toward Saudization efforts of Movenpick Hotels and Resorts.
