Jotun Paints to sponsor YACA tourneys

Jotun Paints will this season sponsor the Division I (40 overs), Division I (20 overs), and Division II (20 overs) limited overs cricket tournaments based on a knockout-cum-league basis and organized by the Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah Cricket Association.
Division I will consist of 15 teams together while Division II will have 11.
Jotun’s Yanbu manager Khalid Khan said that, “Business organizations have a responsibility toward the society they work in. Corporate sponsorship for YACA is a step in achieving that goal.
Jotun wants to groom young talent locally so that they may represent Saudi Arabia at the international level.” On behalf of Royal Commission Director Social Service Department Adil Alghamdi, YACA President, Akram Qureshi thanked the sponsor for their support and promoting the game in the Kingdom.
YACA vice-president, Farooq Jamal Khatri added that YACA tournaments have attracted larger participation this year. He also informed that two new teams, Al-Muzain and GT Warriors will be the new entrants this year.
