According to Prem Prakash, managing partner of Sukh Sagar, the restaurant has always been involved in providing high-quality healthy and hygienic vegetarian food to its clients.
“This is the first vegetarian restaurant in Saudi Arabia and within a short span of 10 months has attracted tens of thousands of clients, providing a wide range of vegetarian food with its natural and hidden health benefits. Sukh Sagar’s support of Earth Hour is a symbol of its commitment to the environment,” says Prakash.
“Energy efficiency makes good sense among all people in the community and it is a social responsibility to take part in such events by promoting to save energy for our future generations. If all of us make sincere efforts to save a bit of electricity everyday, wherever possible, and not just during the annual Earth Hour, we could contribute to millions of savings for our future,” said Prakash, who himself is an electronic and communications engineer.
