This encouraged Samsung to officially open two new service centers both in Riyadh and in Jeddah entirely dedicated to mobile phone services.

In Riyadh, Samsung concluded a strategic partnership with “Techno Care” to provide these services within the quality standard set by Samsung.
Kyung Tae Bae, Samsung MENA region president, cut the ribbon in both cities in the presence of Samsung upper management and esteemed members.
“Samsung’s success in the Saudi market has been continuous over the last years," he said.
"I believe our products have what it takes to satisfy our customers and, to complement their satisfaction, I trust that our service centers will answer the call.”
He said: “We have recently scored a notable growth in sales across all our product ranges, especially in the hand-held phones division. Again, this is thanks to our customers’ ratings that placed us as the number one brand in Saudi Arabia on the YouGov Brand Index.
