She served the Home Office as principal assistant at the Office of ASEAN Affairs until her first foreign assignment in February 2011 at the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Nora Jamil Nirza joined the DFA in November 2002 as a contractual employee until her appointment to a regular position in September 2011. While at the Home Office, she was assigned at the Office of Consular Affairs.
Rene Diamante Salazar is a graduate of AB Economics from the Sacred Heart College in 1988. He joined the government service in July 2001 as a contractual employee and became a regular in November 2010. He was initially assigned at the Office of Consular Affairs as a clerk and served at the Lucena Regional Consular Office as an alternate signing officer.
