Jeddah Speakers Forum re-launched

Prominent personalities from the Indian community attended a ceremony in Jeddah recently to re-launch the Jeddah Speakers Forum (JSF), an organization that was originally formed to develop the communication skills of its members.
Professor Raynolds of King Abdul Aziz University gave a lecture on the importance of developing communication skills and speaking correct English. He pointed out some of the common mistakes even the learned make while speaking.
K.T. Abubacker, the current president of JSF, presided over the meeting and emphasized the power of speaking. He urged members of the community to make use of the forum. He disclosed plans to develop special modules for JSF members to enhance their speaking skills. “Let’s rediscover our potentials,” he said.
Usman Irumpuzhi, former president of Indian Media Forum, unveiled the new logo of JSF, presenting it to Raynolds while calling on community leaders to develop their speaking skills by attending JSF sessions.
DTM Rashid Ali, marketing manager of the Abdul Latif Jameel Company, highlighted the vital role played by JSF in training community members and promised his support to the organization.
“This kind of forum will help our people speak confidently and shine in their respective fields of work,” said TM K.M. Saifuddin of ALJ.
TM Assain Illikal, P.M. Mayin Kutty of Malayalam News, Ashir of Zahid Tractors, M.M. Irshad, Abdul Rahman Alawi of CIGI and Shahid Malayil gave felicitation speeches.
