Madinah residents undeterred by rains

Heavy rains did not deter the residents of Madinah from heading to parks despite traffic jams caused by high levels of water in the streets.
Civil Defense officials received tens of phone calls reporting stranded vehicles and cases of electric shocks. The airport road was totally blocked by water. The road users blamed the lack of water drainage system in the road.
