These days it is a common sight to see workers carrying out excavation work to install underground utilities, like laying cables for electricity and mobile service. They do it in a very professional manner.
But I find it difficult to understand that once the cables are laid, they forget to close the area that they dug for cable installation.
When they mark the site on time, dig or drill it on time, lay the cables on time, why don’t they close it on time? Why they leave it open forever? I hope the authorities concerned would look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible. — Khaled Ahmed, Riyadh
