The Hada-Kara-Makkah Road will be open to traffic on Tuesday following the completion of maintenance work.
Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal has given his instructions to open the road, which was closed following a landslide during the latest rainfall to hit the area.
“The road will open at 1 a.m. on Tuesday,” an official statement said. A specialized company has completed maintenance works for the road, which links Makkah with Taif.
Taif Gov. Fahd Muammar thanked Prince Khaled for his keenness to complete maintenance work on the road.
