VIENNA: The oil market is balanced with inventories at moderate levels, Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Ali Al-Naimi said.
He was speaking at the start of OPEC's ministerial meeting which left the group's 30 million barrels per day output target unchanged for the rest of this year.
