A Tabuk father has told the police that he killed his 10-year-old son because he was disobedient.
A security source said that the man was shocked when the police accused him of the murder.
He later said he had prayed on his son’s body after burying him. But the police said they found the body wrapped in a blanket out in the open among some rocks. The body had bruises, cuts and burns.
The father had led the police to the body.
A report earlier by the mother said that the father left with his son after lashing and torturing the boy. When the father came back alone and she asked him about the boy, he told her that he taken him to the hospital.
According to earlier reports, the man had also falsely reported the boy as missing.
