Mehran to take on NAB in Super Cup final

Mehran will fight for top honors with NAB in the final for the Super Cup of the BSF Twenty20 cricket tournament organized by the Riyadh Cricket League and played at the RCL Complex, Al-Kharj road.
In the semifinals, Mehran got the better of Pakhtoon Khawa by 24 runs while NAB routed Star XI by 101 runs.
In Premier League-I semifinals, Gujranwala will take on Riyadh Blues in the final while in the Premier League-II, Bhatkal Warriors and Riyadh Sports Club will play each other to decide the champions.
In the Super Cup, Mehran batted first and set their rivals a target of 230 runs. Alam Khan scored a match winning 101 runs. He was supported by Fakhar Khan’s half century. It was later boosted by Anwar Zeib’s 28. Haroon took 2 wickets.
In reply Pakhtoon Khawa tried to make a fight of it but their innings folded for 205. Naveed top-scored with 79 runs followed closely by Khalid, who got 71. Assad Khan and Ayyaz Khan took 2 wickets each.
Man-of-the-Match: Alam Khan.
The second semis was a one-sided affair. NAB piled up 251 runs. Imran Khan top-scored with 110 runs. He was supported by Kamran who got 86. Yasir took 2 wickets.
In reply the Star XI batting collapsed and were bowled out for 150 runs. Imran, Basharat and Usman took 2 wickets each.
Man-of-the-Match: Imran Khan.
In the Premier League-I first semifinal, Riyadh Blues scored a comfortable 30-run win over National. Riyadh Blues elected to bat first and put up 231 runs. Shahbaz batted well and made 55 runs. Shakeel (47), Zafar (33) and Sufiyan (24) were the other run-getters. Salman Khan took 2 wickets.
In reply National managed 201 runs. Faheem top-scored with 50 runs. Aijaz (48) and Yasir (35) were the other contributors. Shakeel impressed with his bowling and bagged 3 wickets.
Man-of-the-Match: Shakeel.
In the Premier League, Gujranwala routed Konkan Green by 7 wickets. Konkan Green scored 161 in the allotted overs. Siraj (35), Arif (32) and Mansoor (26) were among the runs. Umer Butt scalped 2 wickets.
In reply Gujranwala achieved the target won the match by 7 wickets. Usman Ashraf top-scored with 63 runs. He was supported by Afzal (29) and Dastageer (21). Faik had 2 wickets.

Later in the same division, Riyadh Sports Club got the better of Cybroam by 2 wickets. Cybroam were skittled for 112 runs. Ali Khan was the only batsman who played with confidence and made 40 runs. Bilal and Ibrahim took 2 wickets each.
In reply, Riyadh Sports Club struggled but achieved the target for the loss of 8 wickets. Nadeem Pilar (31) and Shahwnawaz (25) scored most of the runs.
Adil took 3 wickets. Ateeq and Kamran took 2 wickets each.

In the Premier League-II, Bhatkal made first use of the track and put on board 243 runs. Madani was in good form and made 73 runs. He was well supported by Mehboob who got 61. Others who contributed were, Fahd (39) and Saad (28). In reply Kashmir Gymkhana collapsed for 76 runs. Madani did most of the damage and bagged 4 wickets.
