Grand Mosque Imam Sheikh Saleh bin Homaid blasted those who are attempting to destroy the Ummah by drawing them into civil wars and sectarian clashes.
“It is very bad that they (Hezbollah) time and again claim that they would liberate Palestine and then mock at the Islamic capital and the Muslim community,” he said. “No rational man or Muslim believes them because they want to alienate Muslims from the lands of Islam and turn them into soft target so that they can tear up the unity of the Ummah.”
The sheikh wondered as to what made the Syrian regime torture, displace and destroy its own innocent people.
Sheikh Homaid described the attacks of the regime and Hezbollah as an open declaration of war against Islam and Muslims.
At the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, Imam Sheikh Hussain Al-Asheikh warned the faithful that the cause of defeat and shame of the Ummah was a result of their lack of adherence to the orders of Allah.
