Job fair at IISJ on Thursday

The Indian Consulate in Jeddah is organizing a job fair on June 27 at the International Indian School-Jeddah (Boys Section) in Rehab district from 11 a.m.
Earlier the job fair was held at the consulate premises and it attracted more than 50 “green” category Saudi companies. More than 3,000 Indian nationals visited the fair.
“Encouraged by the huge response, the consulate shifted the venue to IISJ, which can accommodate more Saudi companies along with a large number of Indian nationals who are expected to visit the fair,” a consulate statement said, adding that at the consulate hundreds of Indian nationals are turning out daily for completion of procedural formalities or for appropriate guidance related to the amnesty announced by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah.
Indian nationals, who have been declared “huroob” (absconders) by their sponsors or whose sponsors fall under the “red” category or who have not been able to renew their iqamas with their existing sponsors can avail themselves of this opportunity.
Details of jobs on offer are available on the consulate’s website www.cgijeddah.com under the heading “Job Fair.”
Companies willing to participate in the fair can contact M.K. Ghildiyal, consul (commercial), at [email protected].
