Kingdom’s rapid progress

It is good news that the Higher Education Minister Dr. Khaled Al-Anqari has signed a number of contracts worth SR2.64 billion for constructing new university campuses in various parts of the Kingdom, including medical and engineering colleges. The announcement of the opening of 10 new university colleges worth billions of riyals in Alkharj, Huraimala, Arar, Tabuk and Muzahamiya in the beginning of next academic year is a welcome move. Thousands of students would benefit from this marvelous development as stated by the honorable minister. The sincere and valuable efforts of Al-Anqari are laudable.
In fact, Saudi Arabia is heading toward the exemplary development in the educational field. Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, his government and people of Saudi Arabia must be congratulated for this impressive and enormous development. Saudi students are lucky enough to have these great facilities and should utilize them in the best way in order to make their future brighter. We wish them all the best. — Zakaria Sultan, Riyadh
